White Label SEO Partner

White label SEO for agencies who need senior depth, silently delivered

A specialist semantic SEO, technical SEO and AI search partner that sits behind your brand. You keep the client, the margin and the credit. We deliver the work and the monthly report, then disappear from the room.

Senior consultancy led by ACCA-qualified director Mohammad A Mahmud and fractional CFO Julie Williams, from Cardiff to UK and worldwide agency partners.

White label SEO is a silent specialist partnership where another agency’s SEO work is planned, delivered and reported under that agency’s own brand by an external team. At True SEO Consultants Ltd, that external team is us. We sit behind your account managers, do the semantic SEO, technical SEO, AI search and content work your clients have paid you for, and hand the results back as a report that carries your logo, your colours and your voice. You keep the client relationship, the margin and the credit. We stay invisible by default.

This page is written for SEO agencies, GEO and AEO consultancies, digital marketing agencies, web studios and PR firms across the UK and worldwide that need a senior SEO partner without the cost of building an in-house ranking team. It explains what we cover, the four engagement rules that make a white label relationship work, the methodology you would be reselling, the in-house client portfolio that backs every pitch, and how a typical partnership runs from intake to monthly report.

Key takeaways

  • We deliver as a silent partner: no direct client contact unless your agency authorises it in writing.
  • The scope is shaped to your agency’s existing workflow, project plans and pitch documents, not ours.
  • Every monthly report lands in your branding, your colours, your tone and your file template.
  • The work covers semantic SEO and topical authority, technical and on-page SEO, AI and LLM search optimisation, local SEO, penalty recovery, audits and content.
  • The in-house client portfolio spans accountancy, law, healthcare, dentistry, hotels, ecommerce, automotive, luxury, personal brands and letting agents, giving your pitch real sector proof.
  • The commercial model carries no minimum commitment and a 30 days’ notice cancellation, the same model True SEO offers direct clients.
  • References from current and prior white label partners are available on request once an NDA is in place.

If you have a live client to retain or a pitch to win this month, the fastest route is a free 30-minute white label scoping call with True SEO’s directors, where we agree the scope, the delivery model and the price band before you commit. Book that call through our agency partnership intake, which carries our in-house topical-authority and AI search programme under your agency name.

Service Scope

What white label SEO from True SEO actually covers

White label SEO from True SEO covers the full semantic and technical SEO programme a modern client needs to rank on Google and on AI search surfaces, delivered behind your agency’s brand. The scope is modular, so you only resell the parts your client has bought, and we never push services your retainer does not include.

The work spans seven service families that each appear in the live True SEO line-up.

Semantic SEO and topical authority

We build the topical map, central entity, source context and content cluster your client needs to be read by Google and AI assistants as the authority on a subject, not just a page about it. The method comes straight from Koray Tugberk Gubur’s framework, grounded in Google’s own patents on contextual relevance. If you want to read the public-facing version of this method, see our work on the semantic SEO and topical authority programme we resell under partner agency brands, which earns the topical authority Google rewards with stable, durable rankings.

Technical and on-page SEO

Crawl budget, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking, canonicalisation and on-page entity optimisation. Delivered as developer-ready tickets your tech team can ship, or as direct edits when your agency has us in the CMS.

AI and LLM search optimisation

ChatGPT citations, Gemini answers, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity sourcing and the wider AEO and GEO surfaces. Close to a third of UK Google searches now show an AI summary above the normal results, so this is no longer an add-on. White label clients use our AI and LLM SEO programme delivered as an unbranded service to keep their pitches current without hiring a specialist team.

Local and multi-location SEO

Google Business Profile build and optimisation, local citations, multi-branch architecture, location pages and the local entity graph. This is the work that turned Total Books Accountants’ GBP into the source of more than 80% of their local enquiries.

Search-penalty recovery

Algorithmic and manual action diagnosis, content rebuilds, link audit and disavow, recovery roadmap. Useful when an agency inherits a client with a sudden traffic drop after a Google core update.

SEO audits

Full diagnostic audit on a client site, delivered as a polished report in your agency template. We can also run pitch-stage audits agencies use to win new business.

Content and on-page copy

Briefs, semantic content briefs, blog drafts, service page rewrites, FAQ schema and on-page copy. Written to brief, not formula.

Engagement Rules

The four core components of a True SEO white label engagement

Most white label disputes happen because the partnership rules were never written down. Ours are written down before the work starts, and four of them are non-negotiable.

1

No direct client communication unless you authorise it

We do not email, call, message or appear in any client meeting unless your agency has asked us to in writing, and then only under the persona and remit you set. The default is total silence.

2

Scope tailored to your scope of works

The white label scope is built to fit your agency’s existing scope of works, your project plan, your reporting cadence and your client SLA. We adapt to your tools. You do not adopt ours.

3

Monthly reports in your name and branding

Every white label client gets a monthly report. The report is built in your template, set in your fonts, finished in your colour palette and signed off by your account manager. True SEO’s name does not appear anywhere on it.

4

Genuine white label experience, references on request

White labelling is a craft, not a switch. Once an NDA is in place, we share references from current and prior white label partnerships, including the type of agency, the scope and the duration.

1. No direct client communication unless you authorise it

We do not email, call, message or appear in any client meeting unless your agency has asked us to in writing, and then only under the persona and remit you set. The default is total silence. Your account manager owns the client conversation. We sit in the project channel with you, not with them. If you want us on a technical call as your “senior SEO consultant” under a first-name-only badge, we do that. If you want us to never exist, we do that.

This rule protects two things. It protects your client relationship from any signal that the work is outsourced, and it protects your margin from a client deciding to go direct.

2. Scope tailored to your agency’s scope of works

Most reseller suppliers ship the same six-step retainer to every partner. We do not. The white label scope is built to fit your agency’s existing scope of works, your project plan, your reporting cadence and your client SLA. If your retainer promises ten content pieces and one technical audit a month, that is the deliverable. If your GEO agency only sells AI search optimisation, that is the deliverable. If you sell hours, we deliver hours. If you sell outcomes, we deliver outcomes.

The adaptability extends to your tools. We work in your project management environment, your shared drive, your client folders, your content calendar and your reporting templates. You do not adopt ours. We adopt yours.

3. Monthly client reports in your agency’s name and branding

Every white label client gets a monthly report. The report is built in your template, set in your fonts, finished in your colour palette and signed off by your account manager. The True SEO name does not appear anywhere on it.

What goes inside is the same evidence we use on our in-house reports: organic traffic and ranking movement, AI search visibility checks, completed work, technical health, on-page changes shipped, content published, link earned, GBP performance and the next month’s plan. The narrative is written in plain English so your client reads it in five minutes, not fifty.

If your agency already has a reporting tool, such as Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics or SEOmonitor, we work inside it. If you need us to build the template from scratch in your brand guidelines, we do that during onboarding.

4. Genuine white label experience, with references on request

White labelling is a craft, not a switch. The agencies that fail at it usually fail on confidentiality, scope creep or report style. We have done it before, and we can prove it.

Once an NDA is in place, we share references from current and prior white label partnerships, including the type of agency, the scope and the duration. We do not list our white label partners publicly because the entire model depends on them not being listed. The references confirm what the scoping call cannot: that the relationship has held under real client pressure, real deadlines and real budget conversations.

Best Fit

Who white label SEO is built for

White label SEO from True SEO suits any agency that sells SEO outcomes but does not want to carry a full in-house ranking team. The fit is strongest for five agency types.

SEO Agencies

Established teams that need senior depth in semantic SEO, AI search, technical SEO at scale and penalty recovery without recruiting for it.

GEO & AEO Consultancies

AI search specialists who need the underlying semantic SEO and topical authority work that makes citations possible.

Digital Marketing Agencies

PPC, social and creative shops losing pitches against full-service competitors who can quietly add SEO without recruiting.

Web Studios

Studios that built the client’s site and want to keep the relationship alive with a monthly SEO retainer running underneath.

PR & Strategy Firms

Earned media is a strong link asset. We turn it into ranking through topical authority and on-page work.

If your agency is none of the above but you have a client who needs senior SEO and you cannot afford to lose them, the same model works for one-client engagements.

Reselling Asset

The methodology you would be reselling

Your client buys your brand. What they receive is the same method True SEO uses on its own retainer book. There are no junior writers on rented seats. There are no offshore link farms. There is one connected method, and you can describe it confidently in your pitch because it is documented.

Semantic SEO grounded in Google’s patents

We treat every site as a knowledge graph rather than a folder of pages. The central entity is locked first, then the topical map, then the cluster build, then the page-level intent coverage. This is the Koray Tugberk Gubur method that True SEO’s director, Mohammad A Mahmud, was trained in directly. Reselling agencies use our public step-by-step topical authority method as the technical reference behind their own pitch decks.

AI search built in, not bolted on

AI Overviews, ChatGPT citations and Gemini answers run on entity recognition, structured data and topical depth. The same semantic SEO build that earns Google rankings also earns AI citations, which means a single retainer covers two channels. We benchmark AI visibility every month and report it alongside Google rankings.

Technical SEO that ships

The technical work is delivered as a developer-ready ticket queue, not a generic audit PDF. Your dev team or ours can ship the fixes. Every fix is traced from problem to ranking impact in the next monthly report. The underpinning method sits on our public technical and on-page SEO service description, which carries the engineering rigour Google rewards with crawl and indexation health.

Content that answers an intent, not a keyword

Our content briefs map every distinct search intent the page must answer, including the situational triggers most competitors miss. The brief is the deliverable; the draft follows it line by line. Pages that win citations from AI assistants are pages that answer the exact sub-question the assistant was asked, so the intent-first structure your client’s content will inherit is the same structure that earns those citations.

Local SEO with measurable proof

For multi-location and single-location clients alike, we treat GBP as the primary local entity hub and feed it with citations, local content and an internal link structure that points home from the right places.

Penalty recovery as a defined process

Diagnosis first, never a generic content rebuild. We map the penalty type to the recovery path before any content or link change. Manual actions and algorithmic drops are handled differently. So is a Helpful Content drop versus a spam penalty.

Proof For Your Pitch

In-house client portfolio that gives your pitch credibility

A white label partner is only as strong as the work they ship to their own clients. Ours is verifiable.

Total Books Accountants Ltd, a Cardiff accountancy firm, grew from roughly 200 organic visits a month to about 1,600, repositioned toward advisory and virtual finance director work, and now sees more than 80% of local visitors arrive through an optimised Google Business Profile. RX Virtual Finance Ltd, a specialist pharmacy accountants firm, reached number one for “pharmacy accountants” and reached the first page on its target terms within about 60 days. Lets Rent Bristol, a letting agent, holds strong local rankings and AI Overview visibility for core tenant-finding searches. A representative accountancy practice moved from around 20 online enquiries a month to over 100 after a visibility and trust-signal rebuild.

The sector spread you can pitch from this portfolio is wide. We have shipped semantic SEO and AI search programmes for accountants, fractional FDs, financial advisers, solicitors and law firms, healthcare providers, dentists, hotels, ecommerce brands on Shopify, Shopwired and WooCommerce, automotive businesses, luxury and heritage brands, personal brands and letting and estate agents. If your client is in one of those sectors, we have shipped recent work in it. If your client is outside it, the method is the same; the entity and topic map changes.

Six-stage white label SEO engagement workflow from scoping call and NDA to monthly branded reporting for the principal agency Engagement
Six stages, heavy at the front so the monthly delivery cadence stays calm.
Workflow

How a white label engagement runs, step by step

A typical partnership follows six stages, with the heavy lifting at the start so the monthly delivery is calm.

  1. Scoping call and NDA

A 30-minute conversation with True SEO’s directors. We agree the client type, the retainer scope, the reporting cadence and the price band. The NDA is signed before any client detail is shared.

  2. Partnership agreement

A short, plain-English contract covering scope, commercial terms, IP ownership, confidentiality and the rules of communication. The default IP position is that all deliverables transfer to your agency on payment, and your agency owns the client relationship in full.

  3. Client onboarding under your brand

Your account manager onboards the end client using your normal process. We sit in the background, receiving the brief through your project channel. The client never hears our name or sees our address.

  4. Build phase

The first 30 to 60 days are heavier on our side, covering the semantic foundation, technical audit and the topical map. Everything we ship lands in your shared drive in your file format and template.

  5. Monthly delivery

A retainer cadence agreed in the scope, usually one technical sprint, one content sprint, one AI search sprint and one local SEO sprint each month. The work is logged in your project tool against your client.

  6. Monthly report and review

A branded report goes out on your cadence. Your account manager presents it to the client. We are available on a same-day basis for any technical questions the client raises after the meeting.

Worked Examples

Two illustrative agency engagements

To make the model concrete, two short worked examples.

A six-person SEO agency in the south of England had two senior consultants but no semantic SEO specialist. They had won a pitch with a 12-branch dental group on the strength of a multi-location SEO promise and could not deliver it without hiring. They partnered with True SEO on a white label retainer covering the multi-location semantic build, the location pages, the GBP suite and the monthly reporting. Over the first six months, the dental group went from ranking on page two for “private dentist [city]” in seven of twelve locations to ranking in the top three in nine. The agency client retained at the end of year one and grew the retainer by 40%. Our name appeared nowhere on the work.

A two-person GEO consultancy in London specialised in AI search and had built a small book of clients on the strength of ChatGPT citations and AI Overview rankings. The bottleneck was the underlying semantic SEO work needed to make those citations possible at scale. They added True SEO as their white label semantic SEO and technical SEO layer. Their average client retainer grew from £2,200 to £4,800 a month, and their churn dropped because clients now had two channels reported in one monthly review.

Comparison

White label SEO from True SEO versus the typical reseller model

The white label market splits into three rough tiers. Generic offshore resellers ship low-cost link packages and templated audits. Mid-tier resellers ship a fixed methodology and ask agencies to fit their workflow around it. We sit in the third tier: a senior, methodology-led partner that adapts to the agency’s workflow and ships work that holds up when a sophisticated client asks technical questions.

Three specific differences agencies notice in the first month.

Generic checklist
  • 1No link packages. We do not sell volume links. Links are earned through topical authority and content, not bought in bulk. This is the same position True SEO holds on its in-house book.
  • 2AI search included by default. The competitive set still treats AI search as a premium add-on. We treat it as the same body of work as Google SEO, because the underlying semantic build is shared.
  • 3Adaptive reporting. Most resellers force their template on the partner agency. We rebuild the report in your template during onboarding, so the client sees one consistent voice across every retainer line.
Commercial Terms

Commercial terms agencies usually ask about

Pricing for white label SEO sits on the same model True SEO uses for direct clients: a monthly retainer scoped to the agreed deliverables, with no minimum commitment and a 30 days’ notice cancellation either way. Most agency partnerships start in the £1,800 to £6,500 per client per month band, depending on scope and number of locations, with discount tiers once an agency has three or more retainers on the books.

Three commercial points come up often in the scoping call.

IP and deliverables. All deliverables transfer to your agency on payment. You own the audit, the briefs, the content, the technical recommendations and the report. We retain the right to reference the engagement type in an aggregated form (for example, “a UK-based six-person SEO agency”), never by client name.
Confidentiality. The NDA covers both directions. We do not name your agency, your clients or the engagement without written permission.
Direct billing. Your agency invoices the end client. We invoice your agency. The client never sees a True SEO invoice.
Recommended Next Step

Scope your white label engagement with a director, not a salesperson

A 30-minute scoping call with Mohammad and Julie covers the client type, the retainer scope, the reporting cadence and the price band. Nothing is signed until you have seen the partnership agreement and the reference list.

Growing Demand

White label AI search optimisation is the fastest-growing demand

The agencies booking white label time with us in 2026 are increasingly asking for one specific thing: AI search optimisation, also known as GEO, AEO and LLM SEO. The reason is structural. Close to a third of UK Google searches now show an AI summary above the normal results, and more than half of UK adults say they see those summaries regularly. Clients who have never asked about SEO are asking why a competitor keeps getting named in ChatGPT and they do not.

We treat AI search as a first-class deliverable. Every white label retainer includes a baseline AI visibility audit across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, a citation gap analysis against the client’s top three competitors, and a monthly tracking pass that sits alongside the Google ranking report. The citation work depends on two things competitors often miss: intent-led content that answers the exact sub-question an AI assistant was asked, and copy that reads as the work of a human expert. Reselling agencies use our public guides on how search intent shapes the answer-first structure AI assistants reward and how to humanise AI-generated content so it survives Google’s helpful-content checks as the technical reference behind their own client conversations. Agency partners use this to defend retainers that would otherwise be vulnerable to a competitor pitch built around AI search.

Agency FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can a client find out you are doing the work?
Only if your agency tells them. We do not list white label partners on our site, in case studies or in proposals. Our domain, email signatures and addresses never appear on a client deliverable. If a client asks for the SEO team by name, we use the names and titles your agency gives us.
Do you sign an NDA before scoping?
Yes. The NDA is signed before any client name, domain or commercial detail is shared. The scoping call itself runs on hypotheticals until the NDA is in place if a partner prefers.
What happens if a client wants to speak to the SEO team directly?
We join the call as a member of your agency, under the title and persona your account manager sets, and only if you have authorised it. By default we do not attend client meetings. Your account manager handles the conversation and we brief them before and debrief them after.
How quickly can you take on a new client?
Standard onboarding is two weeks from signed scope to first deliverable. Where an agency has won a pitch and the client wants to move faster, we can compress that to one week for a one-off setup fee.
Do you work with agencies outside the UK?
Yes. True SEO Consultants Ltd works with agencies and clients across the UK and onboards partners worldwide through a fully remote digital onboarding and delivery process. The work language is English. The methodology is the same. The reporting is timed to your time zone.
